Chemistry is at the root of many cutting edge scientific discoveries, new process and products. The course allows you to challenge your understanding of Chemistry and put knowledge into practice in the lab using state of art equipment.Chemistry graduates work in the manufacturing ,pharmaceutical industries and in areas such as healthcare and environmental protection. It would be impossible to exaggerate the influence of Chemistry on the development of our modern technology driven society. Advances made in Chemical science have had a profound impact on our lives.
Our goal is to allow students to participate in furthering these advances by providing them with a firm foundation in Chemistry. We aim to fulfill this mission through the use of innovative methodologies, exposure to relevant lab techniques and hands on training,The department comprises of eight teachers with an aptitude for teaching and keep interest in overall development of students. The staff follow multidimensional approach towards academic excellence by inspiring students to participate in various extracurricular activities and at the same time sharpen their teaching skills by workshops, refresher course, seminars, research work etc.
